Position
Due to continual growth, the position of Service Coordinator is now available. This position will hold a vital role in the field service team and reports directly to the Service Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for and carry out the below:
- Scheduling, despatch and coordination of security technicians
- Work closely with customers as well as both internal & external stakeholders
- Inbound and outbound contact via phone and email
- Resolving enquiries and communicating with customers on the progress of job requests
- Providing and approving invoices, processing payments
- Customer portal management

Candidate
To be considered for the position all candidates must have the below experience and skills:
- Previous experience in a Service Coordinator or similar role
- Experience using SimPro highly advantageous
- Product knowledge of security products not essential but highly desirable
- High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
