THE ROLE:
With our continuous growth we are on the lookout for a Recruitment and Training Coordinator to join our team in our Melbourne Office. This role would be reporting to our Regional Manager and will oversee recruitment for the East Coast of Australia.
THE CANDIDATE:
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable and organised individual that thrives in a fast paced recruitment environment and that enjoys working in a team. This role would be ideal for a recruitment professional or a human resource officer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing job advertisements.
- Placement of job advertising on job boards and social media platforms.
- Assess incoming resumes for suitability and short list them.
- Schedule candidate interviews.
- Interviewing of candidates (face-to-face & video).
- Assess candidate suitability.
- Confirm suitability of candidates with Hiring Manager.
- Coordinate offers of employment.
- Administer onboarding process.
- Manage the records of the recruitment process.
- Answering general recruitment enquiries both internally and externally
- Conduct new staff member orientation.
- Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
