Returns Assessor to join a well-known Australian power tool brand based in Dandenong South.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of the returns warehouse team, your main duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing customer returned items
- Checking and testing each item for faults and damage
- Assess warrenty claims from customers
- Processing returns through computer database
- Heavy lifting/manual handling
- General warehouse duties as required
