The Harvey Norman Commercial Team is seeking a Returns & Claims Officer to join their team located in Laverton North!

Your key duties will include but not limited to:
- Make assessment of customer product returns and apply relevant credits.
- Communicating return status to end customer where required.
- Answering internal and external queries regarding returns to assist our end customer.
- Assisting and responding to any return disputes.
- Liaising with customers regarding product Returns & maintaining relationships.
- Liaising with key suppliers & maintaining relationships.
- Update and maintain Excel and Google Sheets returns spreadsheets.
- Raise and process supplier credit claims as required for stock returned to the warehouse or excess stock no longer required.
- Maintain Excess Stock spreadsheet and manage its integrity.
- Keeping relevant departments informed of return and claim metrics.
- Participate in stocktake twice yearly
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time to fulfil your role
