As we cater to growing demand, we are seeking an experienced Revenue Analysisto deliver the highest level of guest service and deliver a seamless and memorable reservation, arrival and guest experience for our Group clientele.
Key Responsibilities
As our Revenue Analyst, your main responsibilities are providing administrative and analytical support to the Director of Revenue, in order to maximize RGI and GOP. As a proactive and highly detailed Revenue analyst and a reservation professional you will attend relevant Meetings and assist in daily Revenue reports and other Revenue administration tasks. This position will also require supporting the Reservations team as required.
Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in the role you will have been in the same or similar position and have proven experience in revenue and reservations. customer service, be a good communicator, and enjoy interacting with people. You must also have:
- Able to present ideas and large volumes of information in a clear and concise manner.
- Communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable with change management.
- Confident and able to perform well under pressure.
- Analytical and numerical skills; able to analyze and interpret basic financial and market data.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Excellent Computational skills.
