In this integral role to Waverley Council, the Revenue Coordinator is responsible for managing and leading the revenue team at Waverley. Reporting to the Executive Manager Finance, the duties will include, but not limited to:
- Council Rates and annual charges management
- Debtors management
- Management of Council’s investment portfolio
- Coordinate the annual Pricing Policy Fees & Charges schedule preparation
You ensure compliance with statutory and internal requirements by providing high quality and competitive service through strong management of staff, regulatory and stakeholders.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate extensive experience in Local Government rating and have tertiary qualifications in Accounting at degree level or equivalent experience.. Excellent written and oral communication skills for a customer focused environment are necessary for this position.
