With plans for future growth to our portfolio, we are currently seeking a dynamic Revenue & Distribution Manager to join our head office team based in Sydney or the Gold Coast. You will be responsible for providing global revenue management expertise and optimizing profitable performance across all channels to ensure the businesses’ commercial outcomes are achieved.
Working closely with sales and marketing, you will provide strategic insight, lead the pricing, and yield strategies for all lodges. Day to day you will be responsible for channel management and online distribution, implementing and managing pricing strategies, providing analysis and reporting on revenue and distribution performance, and providing guidance to key stakeholders and revenue teams across the business.
To be successful you will:
- Have significant revenue management experience and a thorough knowledge of Australian, New Zealand and global market trends.
- 5+ years in revenue management experience, preferably across multi sites;
- Ability to analyse performance data and take actions to change performance
- Demonstrated understanding of online distribution systems, and distribution software (Siteminder, STR)
- Ability to analyse and present forecasts and financial results, as well as communicate revenue strategies to key stakeholders
- Proven experience in driving results, achieving and exceeding targets and KPI’s
- Ability to take the lead, work at pace, multi-task, adapt to changing market conditions and meet tight deadlines
