- You will help us maximise and collect patient fee revenue

- Ensure accurate and timely billing and account processing to health funds and uninsured patients
- Effectively manage an Aged Trial Balance
- Respond to patient queries regarding accounts
- Interpret the relevant Health Billing regulations
- Ensure billing errors and rejections are resolved in a timely fashion
- Collaborate with Revenue Systems to continually improve billing and operational workflows and processes
You will be a proactive individual with great communication skills. You can work in a fast paced environment, delivering on timeframes and KPIs to support the Revenue Services department to deliver results and success.
Key skills include:
- You are an organised individual with experience in processes related to Health Fund claiming
- You are familiar with health billing systems, preferably PBRC and iPM
- You possess exceptional communication skills
- You are a quick learner and motivated to achieve high standards

Selection Criteria Desirable: Experience in hospital and medical billing and debt follow up
Desirable: Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines
Desirable: High level interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable: Knowledge of Medicare (MBS) and Private Health Insurance Billing Processes
Desirable: Proficient user of Microsoft Office 365, skills in Excel including Vlookup and Pivot Tables.
