The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and diligent Revenue Operations Manager to join our Go-To-Market team. This is a 12-month contract with potential to extend to full time and flexible for the successful individual to be based anywhere in Australia.

Revenue Operations is a pivotal function that will play a key part in aligning and optimising our revenue-generating teams to drive consistent and scalable growth. In this role you will lead the orchestration of our sales, marketing and client facing teams, ensuring seamless alignment of operations, systems, data and processes to enhance the end-to-end sales cycle.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and others to ensure smooth operation of the business and consistent achievement of goals as we grow.
  • Support the optimisation of all revenue process and systems (e.g., CRM) across our entire funnel to leverage client insights, inform client targeting, guide selling strategies and enable personalisation at scale.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to measure and report on key revenue metrics, and perform deep analyses on the leading, in-process, and lagging indicators to support our go-to-market team.
  • Drive best-in-class sales forecast, pipeline, and operating cadence. This will include everything from gathering data, improving predictive measures, running analysis, and facilitating forecasting and planning.
  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of data quality, accuracy and process consistency across all teams and divisions
  • Partner with operations leaders on territory creation, goal creation and key performance indicators to measure commercial performance. Use these insights to allocate investment in resources and effort effectively.
  • Collaborate with our Sales Enablement team to ensure that Sales and Client facing teams are trained on new processes including content development and delivery where required.

Let's talk about you!

As the Revenue Operations Manager, ideally you will possess the following experience, skills and attributes:

  • Extensive experience in Revenue Operations, sales operations or related roles
  • A "get it done" approach; you can dissect problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy.
  • A team-first and client-first mentality and communication skills that allow you to influence others at all levels and across all functions within the organization to rally behind shared business goals.
  • An exceptional ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data and build models, dashboards and reports that are easily digestible.
  • A passion for creating automations that remove manual repetitive tasks/processes and the drive to always look to achieve a higher level of operational efficiency,
  • Degree-qualified
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics and strategic thinking, ideally within a consulting firm or with a large corporate or equivalent
  • Advanced skills in Data Analytics and Microsoft Excel (or equivalent)
  • Prior experience with Power BI and Salesforce (or CRM equivalent)
