We are looking for a Revenue Operations Systems Manager, to join a team of ambitious and talented individuals. This role is a great fit for someone with existing experience within a Revenue Operations Systems role, or; a Sales Operations role who has a passion for improving systems and processes, or a Business Analyst who is looking for a new challenge to help grow SafetyCulture's Revenue Operations.
Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for owning, implementing, and optimising the organization's revenue tech stack. The successful candidate would need to understand and look to leverage the latest technologies and implement best practices, helping scale the business and improve sales team experience and productivity. The role includes the need to business partner with multiple functions across the business, mainly Sales and Success, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Operations and Data Analytics teams, to help drive positive outcomes.
What will I be doing?
- Lead new technology assessment initiatives, determining scope and requirements, defining assessment criteria, quantifying business benefits and proposing recommended solutions
- Work cross-functionally and own the end-to-end project management of any new technologies or changes to existing systems. Ensuring an effective roll-out by managing the changes (designs, tests, iterates and ensures that roll-outs are successful)
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify current challenges and inefficiencies, proposing technical solutions leveraging existing and/or 3rd party vendors
- Oversee daily management of systems, taking appropriate steps to resolve and escalate issues and communicating with stakeholders as necessary. Build strong relationships with our Vendors and own the full vendor lifecycle management including renewals
- Prepare and maintain appropriate documentation of best practices for leveraging Sales technology
- Analyse data to identify opportunities to optimize existing processes, working with technical resources as necessary to implement change
- Partner with MarTech, Finance, Commercial Operations and Data Analytics teams, to aid the flow of data and maintain consistency across reporting efforts.
- 2+ Years experience in a Revenue Operations Systems role (preferred) or 3+ years within a Sales Operations or Business Analyst role
- A data-driven and process-oriented mindset
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in decision-making, including the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, including senior management
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Tangible examples of rolling out new systems and processes
- Ability to work independently and drive projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment
- Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and comfortable delivering cross-functional projects
- A team player, able to work well with technical teams to prioritise projects and accelerate time to delivery
- Desirable: previous experience with Sales technologies including Salesforce (CPQ a plus), Outreach, Sales Navigator, Tableau, Spiff, Gong
