Key Responsibilities:
Accurately maintain property, rates, and valuation records
Support the Revenue Services Department with administrative tasks
Handle customer inquiries with a focus on quality and responsive service
Assist with supplementary valuations and update data as required
Process ownership, name, and mailing address changes efficiently
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of operational strategies
About You:
Proven experience in revenue management or similar roles
Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll administration
Excellent customer service skills, capable of handling inquiries with professionalism
Familiarity with Local Government Act, business processes, and relevant legislation
Competent in using software applications related to rates and accounting
Ability to work well in a team and manage workloads effectively under pressure
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
