JOB DEETS:

• Building strong client relationships with a focus on delivery
• Provide accurate and timely end-to-end contractor payroll services
• Superannuation and other legislative and statutory obligations
• Contractor & Employee on-boarding
• Liaising and supporting clients and contractors with timesheet and payroll queries
• Assistance with documenting processes and identifying ongoing improvements
• Clients bookkeeping services when required
• Provide support to the Implementation team and prepare Operations for successful go-lives.
• Sales support e.g. quotes, proposals and presentations as needed
• Ensure payroll delivery adheres to compliance standards

YOU'LL NEED:

• Min 3/5 years payroll experience
• Ideally have worked in the Recruitment sector, an Outsourcing business with clients as the focus or have experience with contractor payrolls
• If not Recruitment then Astute payroll system knowledge would be highly regarded!
• Fantastic attitude, outgoing, with a desire to help a thriving business grow further
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

This will suit payroll professionals from Recruitment, Outsourcing sectors (or anything similar with a strong emphasise) on customer service). They are just looking for fun people with and open mind and desire to learn and grow their career!
