Key Responsibilities
- Revit MEP Proficiency: Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Revit MEP, showcasing expertise in mechanical, electrical or plumbing systems and design.
- Collaboration Skills: Work seamlessly with other service trades and builders to integrate electrical designs into comprehensive project plans, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Team Meetings: Actively engage in regular teams and on-site meetings, providing valuable insights and updates on ongoing projects. Strong communication skills are crucial for successful teamwork.
- Clash Detection and Issue Resolution: Familiarity with clash detection and the ability to proactively resolve conflicts or delegate them to our drafting team is essential. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination of electrical designs with other project elements, identifying clashes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Electrical Background (Desirable): Having an electrical background is desirable for this role, as it will provide a deeper understanding of electrical systems, codes, and industry-specific requirements. Candidates with hands-on electrical experience will be favourably considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Revit MEP.
- Proven ability to collaborate with other service trades and builders.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Proficiency in Dynamo scripting is advantageous.
