CorePlan is looking for a technically skilled analyst to take charge of our RevOps. Ideally you will come from a sales or marketing operations background working at a SaaS software environment. B2B is even better.
In this role you will be reporting to the COO and working with department leads across the business.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Analyze and document existing processes, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency while eliminating bottlenecks. Continuously monitor and measure process performance.
Review and optimise our data strategy across the customer lifecycle.
Build upon current hubspot implementation and related business tools to allow for automation and optimize for sales user experience.
Drive operational alignment across the organization including Finance, Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Sales and the core business applications.
Create and maintain meaningful reports and dashboards in Hubspot to provide real-time insights and performance metrics for the team and management.
Qualifications and Fit
To be a great fit you will have experience to work with our core business application, Hubspot.
Ability to navigate through complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Google Sheets, Excel and other data conversion tools efficiency is a must.
A minimum of 3+ years in a sales or marketing ops role, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
