A General Operations Administrator supporting the overall remanufacture and inventory management process.
Responsibilities and Objectives:
- Daily issuing of material to align with vendor transactions to support the remanufacturing process;
- General data entry duties;
- Provide support for purchasing activities;
- Provide leave support for Reman Leader;
- Support Materials Manager with stock reconciliation;
- Receipting of in transit material;
- Provide support during annual stock takes;
- Understand and complete WIP job process;
- Understand and complete sales order and shipping process for non-MSA customers;
- Update internal work procedures and site safety metrics as directed; and
- Participate in workplace inspections and safe work observations;
Experience/Skills:
- Appropriate experience & access in Company planning, MRP, and ERP systems such as Oracle & SAP;
- Strong with MS Office and general computer literacy;
- Strong communication; and
- Self-motivated and self-started to work autonomously.
