As a Reward Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support on all aspects of the performance and reward cycle. In addition, you will contribute to a range of projects, through research, analysis, data management and reporting. In particular, you'll be working on our Reward Dashboard in Power BI.
Your role will:
- Develop the new Reward Dashboard in Power BI focused on delivering key current and forecast reward data to the business, to help drive reward related decisions.
- Provide analytical and modelling support to the Reward Managers on various reward projects
- Contribute to variable reward forecasting and creation of budgets for the business unit/division
- Provide analytical and modelling to support mid-year and annual performance & remuneration reviews, and recognition programs as required
- Support the delivery of fixed pay market intelligence and forecasting for the division, including working with divisional finance teams

What do I need?
Our reward and benefits specialists blend strong business partnering skills, with deep subject matter expertise in reward and benefits. As a Reward Consultant, you will apply your strong analytical skills and some knowledge of reward to supporting our Reward Managers, who partner with our business leaders.
You will bring:
- Proven analytical and reporting capability
- Expertise in Power BI
- Advanced user of analytical tools in Excel
- Desirable - Experience in HR or remuneration within complex environments with relevant technical and professional knowledge
- Desirable - Knowledge of the Banking and Finance Industry preferable
- Attention to detail
- Excellent proficiency in translating and analysing data
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
