What will you experience in your typical day?
Firstly, you will be engaged in exciting client transformation programs and delivering our clients the latest end-to-end SAP solutions. As a Senior Consultant role, we expect you to:
Be a key contributor to our award-winning Reporting and Analytics Capability.
- Support business development activities, including pre-sales activities (i.e. proposals).
- Support junior members within our SAP practice on their career progress journey.
Lead technical delivery streams throughout the client's transformation journey. It includes:
- Demonstrating sound functional and industry knowledge in client-facing workshops
- Implement state-of-the-art solutions incorporating solution best practices.
- Adopt and incorporate Deloitte's leading market tools and methodologies in the engagements.
- Understands the interaction of business processes and supporting technology and can explain it in business terms to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support the development of high-performing people and culture aligned with Deloitte's values, making an impact that matters and delivering exceptional client service.
About the Team
Deloitte's SAP Enterprise Technology and Performance practice help clients solve complex business issues by combining process and industry knowledge with deep expertise in enabling technologies and packaged software, and this team is expanding rapidly.
We seek talented Senior Consultants to supplement our expert team and become critical members of Deloitte's growing SAP practice.
Outside of your client diligence, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Deloitte's SAP practice. We are looking for future leaders, and we offer training to ensure every member has the potential to become a prolific leader.

If you are someone with these core experiences:
- Candidate must have three to five years of delivering end-to-end SAP Reporting and Analytics solutions.
- Functional background with solid relationships amongst client's senior stakeholders and broad expertise in developing analytical solutions.
- Builds functional knowledge within a particular SAP Capability and maintains a general understanding of broader SAP service offerings
- Stays current with market shifts/trends and SAP to help clients explore the 'art of the possible'
- Understands SAP capability accelerators and can apply reusable assets and pre-configured solutions to address client challenges
Core skills:
- SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, including FIORI Reporting elements (i.e. KPI Modeler) and CDS Development
- SAP Reporting tools: SAP Analytics Cloud, AFO
- Programming skills: ABAP and SQL Development
Desirable and differential skills:
- Data Management solutions: SAP BW/4HANA, Data Warehouse Cloud and HANA Native Development
- EPM solutions: SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, BPC Classic or Netweaver.
- Non-SAP Reporting and Analytics tools. For instance: PowerBI, and Tableau.
- Programming skills: Javascript, Python
- ETL tools, such as BO Data Services and Data Intelligence.
- Certifications in this space.
Functional and Leadership Skills:
- The candidate must demonstrate a sound functional knowledge in core process areas, including but not limited to Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources.
- The candidate must demonstrate solid collaboration skills with functional and technical teams.
- The candidate must demonstrate solid written and verbal communication skills.
