Due to continued growth across operations and branches, a new position is being offered to join our HQ team located in Bundamba, Brisbane. But this is not for everyone so do you have what it takes?
Your ResponsibilitiesAs a customer acquisitions and relationship-building super star, you will be reporting to the Regional Manager and working as part of a small in branch team, you will enjoy a mix of face-to-face customer contact in addition to phone, email, and light warehouse duties. You will need to be driven to be the best and leave no stone unturned when it comes to hitting targets and smashing KPIs.
- Build new business via phone and walk-in service.
- Face to face customer service for walk-in trade and retail customers.
- Managing phone/email enquiries, identifying oppourtunities for new business.
- Data entry of orders and customer follow ups.
- Building existing client relationships through regular contact and follow-up.
- Making outbound calls to establish new client relationships.
- Lead validation & research.
- Assisting customers with training, product knowledge and information.

Your background"Sales" is your profession. Because of this you will be well versed in excellent face to face customer service skills and a great telephone manner with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
Product training will be provided, however we would love you to have the following skills and experience to build upon;
- An open mindset willing to be developed for greater success.
- Previous customer service experience essential.
- Sales, quoting and trade experience are highly regarded.
- Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Internet and CRM.
- Enthusiastic and helpful nature.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Current drivers’ licence for occasional travel between branches.
