Job description
Individual will be responsible for the characterization & product
development of RFIC and product for mobile wireless(Wi-Fi, Bluetooth)
and commercial/industrial applications. The Engineer will be a part of the
product development team, taking industry leading product designs and
readying them for mass production. The successful candidate requires a
strong knowledge in Test & Measurement and/or RF and/or
semiconductors combined with disciplined project planning to ensure high
quality product and service. As part of a cross-functional product
development team, the engineer will support other essential teams
including marketing and applications, project management, design,
production and test engineering.
Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)
? Typically requires 5 years of experience in Product/Electronics
Engineering
? Knowledge of RF products and parameters - RF switches, low noise
amplifiers, power amplifiers, mixers, PLLs, etc. Gain, Noise Figure,
Smith Chart, Linearity
? Knowledge of reliability issues, like Temperature Cycle, Temperature
Shock, HTOL, Board Level Drop, etc.
? Strong knowledge of desense and able to optimize board/module
layouts for desense mitigation. Also, has experience with desense
mitigation with integrated PMUs/DSPs (i.e. package isolation,
frequency planning, etc).
? Familiar with Package & Board Level Reliability Analysis Techniques
such as I-V Probing, 2D/3D X-RAY
? Familiar with compliance test measurements standards: MIPI, UART,
I2C, SPI, SDIO, PCIE etc.)
? Ability to drive strong production test/QA methodologies.
? Proficiency with test and measurement equipment such as
Oscilloscopes, RFSA, Arbitrary Waveform Generators, DMMs, Power
Supplies, Signal Source Analyzer
? Nice to have knowledge of programming languages and
instrumentation control (i. e. LabVIEW, TestStand, Python)
? Computer Skills: Experience with several of the following software
tools: Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Allegro
? Good communication and presentation skills

? Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) preferred
