The Risk and Compliance Manager will partner with and support all parts of the business to strengthen and continuously improve the management of Risk and Compliance, and build risk/compliance awareness, engagement and capability throughout the organisation.
Working within the growing Risk and Compliance team, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of Risk and Compliance activities, with a diverse range of business stakeholders, build a strong understanding of our business, purpose and strategy, and apply your expertise to support and enable our business to live its purpose and grow - you'll have an opportunity to drive innovation (i.e. new ways of approaching risk/compliance management) and real change that delivers a meaningful impact on our team, our customers and the communities we operate in.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role

• Support risk management across the business by continuing to embed risk management into our culture and day to day operations
• Business (Line 1) partnering - become the go-to leader of Risk and Compliance management for key parts of Endeavour’s business e.g. Dan Murphy’s or the People team, sit alongside these business unit’s leadership teams, support their Risk and Compliance management strategies and enable uplift in capabilities across their teams
• Support with compliance management in areas of the business where you are a risk partner
• work closely with data analytics specialists and business partners to identify, develop, test and report on Risk and controls monitoring

Qualifications
Now let’s talk about you

• 5 years of experience working in a risk, compliance or assurance role in a consulting/advisory firm or established corporate function

OR

• 8 years of blended retail/consumer-facing business operational/functional management experience with significant involvement in risk/compliance/ assurance management as part of those roles
• Technical skills in / knowledge of risk management fundamentals including Risk and controls assessment, business process reviews and assurance methodologies
• Experience preparing internal reports for senior management
