- Reporting to the Risk Business Design Manager
- Conduct deep dive reviews, leverage risk pain points, root causes, recommendations to enhance Customer Service risk environment
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk & compliance
- Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide CBD locations
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop and support CS governance frameworks to ensure effective oversight and compliance management and are in line with group policies and standards (including QA)
- Support the oversight and governance of Business Continuity Management (BCM) in Customer Service(including insights into best practise) to ensure it is updated and fit for purpose
- Support the design and co-ordinate operation of the annual BCM testing cycle in order to ensure compliance with the BCM Standard
- Maintain oversight of CS's internal/external audits action plans to ensure we develop sustainable solutions
- Work with the Business Risk team and wider CS function teams to ensure appropriate risk.
- Minimum 3 years appropriate industry experience in Insurance or Financial Services
- Minimum 3 years' experience within Risk and/or Compliance related business area(s) (Desired)
- Demonstrated practical experience in application of continuous improvement knowledge and skills
- Strong critical thinking with the ability to analyse situations and make effective decisions
- Ability to investigate and analyse data, to draw conclusions from the findings and to recommend solutions or opportunities for improvement.
