Role responsibilities:
- Manage a client portfolio with approximately $550K of fees
- Review compliance and provide advisory services
- Manage workflow, regular training and management of staff
- Strategic input and process improvements
- Long standing clients with well established firm
- Stable environment with long term staff and low staff turnover
- Participate actively in community events and team building
- Willingness to purchase any current fee base you might have
- CA/CPA/IPA qualified or equivalent
- Tax Agent and Public practitioners Certificate OR the intention to apply
- 8- 10 years experience in Business Services
- Client and staff management experience
