Role Overview
:We are currently looking for a Risk & RegulatoryPrincipal Business Analyst to join our PMO team on an initial 12-month contract.
You will be working across many projects within the Risk & Regulatory landscape of the Business with a focus on CPS230.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Requirement Documentation
- End to end process mapping
- Facilitating workshops
- Stakeholder Management
- Gap analysis
- Operational Resilience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst role
- Strong regulatory, compliance and/ or operational risk experience ideally in the Financial Services / Insurance industry
- CPS230 experience highly desirable
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- A critical thinker
- Relevant Bachelors degree in Business / IT
