This newly created role is in partnership with Transport for NSW to work with the community and stakeholders to deliver the practical Road Safety initiatives that support the objectives of the Road Safety Plan 2021. This position has a wide role encompassing behavioural Road Safety education and influencing the implementation and construction of infrastructure to improve the safety of road users. They will work across engineering, community services, planning, communications, and other community service areas and provide links to community stakeholders.
To be successful you will have Tertiary qualifications in Behavioural Sciences. Education, Health Promotion, Marketing, Communications, Sciences and related disciplines or extensive relevant experience. You will also have strong communication skills and the experience in meeting reporting, monitoring, evaluation and budget management.
