The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will have the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of the accommodation operations, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services. You will ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure guest history database maintenance systems are in place.
- Ensure all rooms related areas comply to brand standards.
- Conduct inspections to review, monitor and upgrade performance of the department through dissemination of information, explaining new directions, policies and procedures.
- Communicate a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals to produce desired results.
- Monitor and promote room rates, specials, and promotions at the residence.
- Review reports and financial statements to determine Rooms operations performance against budget.
- Demonstrate and communicate key drivers of guest satisfaction for the brand’s target customer.
Who you are?
- Previous experience as a Front Office Manager and Housekeeping Manager
- A ‘can-do’ attitude and a genuine passion for guest experience.
- A coaching & mentoring mindset to support your team's growth & performance.
- Experience with Opera Cloud PMS would be highly regarded.
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster across 7 days.
