• Operational Management: Supervise day-to-day operations, encompassing hotels, golf courses, dining, and other facets, guaranteeing that all services adhere to the highest standards.
• Customer Relations: Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with customers, elevate customer satisfaction, and fortify the resort's reputation.
• Team Collaboration: Effectively lead and inspire the team, ensuring staff possesses the requisite skills to deliver excellent service.

• Financial Management: Assume responsibility for the resort's financial management, encompassing budgeting, cost control, and profit maximization.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in hotel or resort management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large teams.
• In-depth understanding of the hotel and tourism industry; familiarity with golf resort operations is advantageous.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, coupled with outstanding communication and coordination abilities.
• Extraordinary business insight and strategic planning proficiency.

• Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.
