We are seeking a couple of IRATA Level 3’s to assist with various cleaning and maintenance jobs.
We have a great and motivated team that loves Rope Access and working together to deliver excellent results. We're looking for fellow like-minded individuals to join the group who enjoy the work and want to contribute to the success of the team.

Over 95% of our work is on the Gold Coast, with some in Brisbane. We pay for 2-way travel.
To be successful, you MUST HAVE
- A Good Attitude
- Ability to lead and effectively delegate tasks
- Attention to detail
- Rights to work in Australia & Live locally
- Reliable transportation
- Current Level 3 IRATA certificate, Working @ Heights, White Card & First Aid
- Experience in window & pressure cleaning
- Experience in maintenance jobs (Caulking, painting, concrete repairs)
We would consider you if you are level 2 and ready to level up if you have significant experience in the above skills.
Desirable but not a must:
- Anchor install/inspection training & experience
- EWP Ticket
Wages will depend on experience. We can also pay a weekly vehicle allowance (up to $200 pw) if your car is deemed suitable. For the right candidates, there may be opportunities to go full-time in the future.
Know where you are going - all jobs are uploaded into our company software 1 – 2 weeks ahead. No late-night texts or not knowing where you are going until hours before the job.
Detailed job scopes and planning - we want you to win, so we set you up for success with all the info you need, including location, scope, equipment requirements, parking locations, site contacts, anchor plans, rigging notes, drop plans etc for every job.
Equipment - we can supply all equipment, ropes and tools for the position. All PPE is inspected every 6 months and is in good condition. Not happy with the condition of anything? We will replace it. If we issue you a kit and rope, only you will use it.
Work for abseilers - there’s nothing more frustrating than working for someone who has no idea about Rope Access. All senior management, including the owner, have a strong Rope Access background, so you won’t have to bang your head against the wall trying to explain something to someone who just doesn’t get it.
Variety of work - we work on over 300 buildings in southeast QLD, including some over 76 stories high.
