Monadelphous has been a part of the Central Queensland community for over 30 years, providing vital jobs to locals and those who consider Gladstone home. We are currently recruiting for appropriately skilled people who are keen to join the Monadelphous family and grow with us in this region.
About The Role
We are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters with IRATA qualifications (Level 1-3). The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering maintenance and project support to our clients in the Gladstone region. There are permanent and casual positions available with some overtime opportunities. There are various rosters on offer including night shift and weekend work.

What you will bring
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Mechanical Fitter)
- IRATA Certification - Level 1-3
- High Risk Work Licence (Preference for WP, DG, LF)
- Working at Heights Training (within 2 years)
- Confined Space Entry Training (within 2 years)
- First Aid certificate with current CPR (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Proof of right to work in Australia
