Aussie Life Care is seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our team as a Rostering Coordinator in Cranbourne.
The Rostering Coordinator is responsible for rostering of staff to provide a reliable and consistent service to participants. This role also provides administrative support to other areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare rosters in accordance with Aussie Life Care’s roster structures.
- Use Brevity rostering software to create and update schedules, taking into consideration worker availability, client preferences, and travel time.
- Monitor and manage changes in rosters, including cancellations, rescheduling, and emergency requests, ensuring prompt and effective communication between team leaders and respective stakeholders.
- Undertake administrative activities related to managing the roster, including but not limited to inputting and updating staff attendance preferences.
- Ensure staff timesheets are accurate and submitted in the required timeframe.
- Assist Payroll Officer with payroll process by way of reconciliation of timesheet on a fortnightly basis.
- Actively maintaining daily roster vacancies.
- Foster a culture of knowledge, information sharing, and continuous learning in the team.
Skills and Experience:
- Have demonstrated experience in a rostering or staff coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Shift work
Work Location: In person
Essential requirements of the role:
- Experience in Brevity Software is a must.
- Preferably who dealt with NDIS.
- Must have police clearance & NDIS check clearance.
- Appropriately vaccinated against Covid-19 and able to provide evidence.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
