What we are looking for
- A positive, can do attitude towards supporting and empowering the people we support to achieve their goals
- The ability to develop and maintain rosters that meet our service users needs, service agreements, budgets and reporting requirements
- Prior NDIS, Child Safety and or Aged Care industry experience is preferred
- Willingness to continually learn and work as a part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet and be adaptable in the workplace
- Can work under pressure with a high attention to detail
- Prior use of Flow Logic or similar would be an advantage
- Blue Card and NDIS Worker Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Previous administration experience
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to acquire this within the first month of employment)
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Reliable vehicle for work related travel (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- A smartphone that has access to the internet and the ability to download rostering app
