We have an exciting opportunity to join the Compass Group Australia team as an experienced Rostering Coordinator within our Security portfolio.
THE POSITION
- Liaise with Recruitment and different site-based Security managers and supervisors to ensure roster/contract compliance
- Onboarding security personnel
- Different mobilisations to sites depending on client requirements
- Communicating with security personnel
- Manage the Security Master Roster
- Maintain and implement Full Time and Casual Personnel Scheduling/Rostering
- General Security Administration
- Manage Security Licence and Training Matrix
- Maintain training compliance that all security personnel are meeting the required standards by managing their qualifications/trainings/certificates expiry dates
- Assist in new contract management
- Document Control/Review
- Interface with internal & external clients and employees as required to ensure professional service delivery
