Our Roster Coordinators are the beating heart of our operations, ensuring that our Community Support Workers are efficiently scheduled to provide the highest quality care. No two days are the same in this fast-paced environment.
We currently have an opportunity for a motivated coordinator to join the team on a full time fixed term basis to support the operations of our South West team in our Bunbury offices.
Here’s what you’ll do….
- Balancing rosters to guarantee best in class service provision.
- Providing clear and effective communication to our dedicated support staff.
- Collaborating with clients and carers to address their enquiries regarding support and services.
- Maintaining accurate data within our systems to ensure flawless rostering.
Here’s what you’ll need…
· Previous experience in rostering and shift allocation ideally within community support or similar environment
- High-level administration skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
- Professional phone etiquette and outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion to make a difference.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
