Our new Rostering Coordinator will assist the operations team in scheduling and rostering for site-based personnel, utilising our new rostering system via UKG.
About the Role
- Roster and scheduling management for on-site personnel
- First point of contact for employees requiring assistance with rosters and schedule preferences
- Assist with onboarding stages before and during site attendance
- Collaborate with the Recruitment and Mobilisation team to confirm site mobilisation and scheduling amendments
- Regularly reviewing rosters with clients and forecasting site requirements
- Identifying areas of improvement and providing feedback to the Payroll Manager and UKG support team
About You
- Previous experience in a rostering or scheduling role
- Engage in team meetings and project activities
- Strong communication skills – there is no such thing as too many comms!
- Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and clients
- Ability to prioritise and seek innovative solutions to challenges
- Demonstrate strong drive, output and flexibility
- Ability to respond occasionally out of hours
- Supportive and proactive mentality
- Friendly and approachable
- Desirable: experience with UKG and JobAdder
