Disability Services - Rostering and Administration Service Coordinator
Permanent Part time (15.2 hours)

About us
Jewish Care Victoria, is a not-for-profit organisation and is one of the largest providers of aged and community services for the Jewish Community in Victoria and has been servicing the community for 175 years. Our staff come from all cultural and religious backgrounds, and we provide cultural and spiritual training in the Jewish Ethos.
This is a permanent part time working 8:30am to 4:30pm Tuesday and Wednesday.
Do you have experience supporting Disability Services? We are looking for an experienced Rostering and Administration Service Coordinator to join our amazing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Roster across a number of programs including in-home support and short term accommodation
Maintaining daily clients and workers rosters and records in accordance with service requests and Carer availability
Administer employee onboarding and safety screening.
Processing documentation
Record management and creating and maintaining employee data within our HR and Payroll systems
Submission of accurate employee and payroll information to payroll
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Experience in Administration (disability or healthcare desirable)
Experience with rostering and hiring/recruitment processes
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases, payroll and rostering systems.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
