Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and preferences.
Continuously monitor and adjust rosters to meet changing client needs and manage last-minute scheduling changes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients to ensure strong service delivery.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
Provide excellent customer service to both clients and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
Previous experience in staffing or rostering is desirable.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly phone manner
Proficiency in using Deputy, Monday.com and Microsoft Office applications is desirable

Job Type: Casual Employment
Schedule: Wednesday 7am - 3pm, Saturday 6am - 9am, Sunday 6am - 9am.
Work Location: In person at Ormeau
