Permanent Contract with A Not-for-Profit Organisation offering $70k - $75k + Super!

Our client is a newly established social work office specialising in providing a wide range of care services. They have several years of hands-on experience in disability, aged care, health and social work sectors from countries such as Sweden, Germany, England and Australia. Your new role 
As the Rostering Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Prepare and distribute accurate staff and client rosters.
  • Manage leave planning and scheduling to ensure continuity of care and service delivery.
  • Perform day-to-day rescheduling to cover unplanned changes in staff availability.
  • Ensure that all case noting is up-to-date, comprehensive, accurate, compliant and secure.
  • Experience with 24-hour timesheet checking for accurate payroll processing.
  • Participate in the on-call roster, including weekends.
  • Make travel arrangements if required.
  • Demonstrate strong computer literacy for report generation, transcribing minutes, creating presentations, and research.
  • Audit staff and participant folders for documentation completeness.
  • Liaise with payroll for participant invoices and billing.
  • Assist finance officers with filing payroll documentation.
  • Provide excellent working knowledge of the NDIS and SCHADS
  • What you'll need to succeed 
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Working with Children check (Blue Card) or ability to obtain.
  • NDIS worker screening check or Yellow Card exemption or ability to obtain.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or relevant working visa documentation
  • Certificate in Community Services, Certificate in Administration, Individual Support and at least two years’ experience working in NDIS
  • Previous rostering experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant Primary Health or Allied Health qualification
