Welcome to Peabody Group.  We have 3 Venues in the Valley.  Our original venue Candy Club is a beautiful 4 level venue, with an old classic burlesque look, with crystal chandeliers, 9 meter waterfall, 4 meter fine timber bar, VIP and mezzanine areas all overlooking the main stage.  

With the entertainment wearing three piece lingerie, high heels and stockings, Candy Club attracts the local businessmen who love to party in our VIP booths. 
We reward our managers through our three-tier bonus system: paid Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly. We believe in rewarding our managers for hitting targets. If you great at hitting targets we want to speak with you!!!

What we ask from you - We look after our team however we also expect three things from you in return.  

1. Focused Work - We ask our managers to be focused on their job while at work.  We know management drives the business.  If you are not focused, you wont reach your nightly targets.  
2. Follow Your Training - Our clubs run specific systems to make your role as efficient as possible, creating a fun party atmosphere, while serving the customers and reaching your targets. We ask you to take your training seriously, listen closely and learn it well.
3. Lead and Serve - As a manager your role is to ensure all customers are being served and having a great time. To do this effectively you need to be able to lead your team - be firm when it’s required, polite and kind with your people’s needs the whole shift -  and be prepared to make yourself a part of the service systems with your customers (they just love that when you do).
