What we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Rostering and Administration Manager to join our Service Delivery team. You will oversee all aspects of Rostering and be our go-to person for all rostering requirements as well as manage out admin team members.
Your duties will include:
- the overall management of our rostering system
- management of the admin team
- ensuring we are rostering in line with a clients needs and plan
- ensuring shifts are entered correctly for payroll and billing purposes
- ensure rosters are aligned with award requirements
- complete weekly and monthly reporting to the Senior Leadership team
This role manages our rostering team who work from 7am-6pm Monday to Friday so your hours of work will fall anywhere in this window on a set roster.
As a key member of the Service Delivery team you will build capacity and work in an agile manner.
This role will be based in brand new Toowoomba office, located in the heart of the Toowoomba CBD.
