- Pay Rate: $33.41 + super + salary packaging
As a Rostering Officer at Crowley Care, you will play a crucial role in managing the schedules of approximately 25 staff members across 80 home care recipients. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure the smooth coordination of services, enhancing the quality of life for their valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collating and distributing Home Care rosters on a weekly basis to ensure timely and accurate scheduling of services.
- Accurate data entry of consumer and staff details into Sandwai, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Managing consumer movement forms to ensure accurate and efficient allocation of services.
- Rostering and allocating all Home Care services, taking into consideration staff availability and contracted hours.
- Maintaining the staff annual leave calendar for the Home Care area, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
- Assisting with rostering staff replacements as required, ensuring continuity of care for clients.
- Providing administrative support for all service types, including Home Care Packages, DVA Nursing, and Private services.
About You:
- Previous experience in an administration role, preferably within a rostering or scheduling capacity.
- Meticulous attention to detail is a must.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with consumers, relatives, staff, management, and stakeholders.
- Proficient computer literacy, including touch-typing skills and data entry.
- A commitment to creating a positive and lasting impression through professional, courteous, and expedient interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised, taking initiative and managing tasks independently.
- Proactive, punctual, and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
