This is an administrative position that manages the day-to-day functions of the office at our Turramurra Campus.

About the role…

This is an administrative position that manages and coordinates the day-to-day functions of the office at our Turramurra Campus.
Responsibilities include (you will have a junior admin to help you):
· Interacting with students, parents and teachers
· Communicating with parents via the phone and emails
· Management of email and appointments
· Managing internal databases and appropriate records
· General office duties such as filing, printing and purchasing of office supplies and equipment, light cleaning and all the boring things that you can turn into fun.
· Experience in education is a bonus
*shifts are between 11:30 am and 7.30 pm weekdays (that means you can sleep or have your mornings) + Sat 8.30 am to 6.00 pm (Sat is a must). We are closed on Friday (that can be your ME day).
During school holidays we work Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm. No saturdays.
About you...
- You have at least one year experience in running an office
- You have great customer service skills
- You are reliable, well-presented and punctual
- You are highly organised and process-focused
- You’re a fast learner
- You’re competent in technology
- You have great written and verbal communication skills
- You want to be part of a team and a company that changes people's lives
- You are passionate about education
- You can be a teacher or an ex-teacher but it is not a must
