The key responsibility of the Rostering Services Officer is the coordination and management of the complex staffing and client scheduling data entry and shift replacement for published (live) operational rosters - across the various frontline service delivery functions provided by LiveBetter. This role focuses on the timely delivery and accurate recording of time and attendance for frontline staff ensuring precise and appropriate payment of staff in compliance with Award, legislative, rostering, and organisational requirements.
