The Organisation

We are currently seeking multiple Administration Assistants/Customer Service Officers for our client operating in the financial services industry. Located in Pymble, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly talented and motivated team. The roles are Contract positions with views for extension/permanency.

The successful applicants will work with our corporate clients assisting in their Customer Service and Administration team. Those with a positive attitude, attention to detail and desire to offer the best service experience, will be best suited to the role.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely manner and to appropriate quality standards 
  • Ability to multitask in a call centre environment and take ownership of personal development and Customer Service core competencies
  • Comprehensively learn and understand companies products, processes and systems
  • Provide administrative support to the team

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in previous customer support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the team
