Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. The main purpose of the position is the maintenance of data entry for rostering, variations and adjustments, payroll, and remuneration for nursing and administrative staff within Mental Health Services (WSLHD). The role has responsibility to provide administrative support for recruitment activities conducted by the Nurse Manager Workforce.
The incumbent is also required to have high level general office skills including knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications, Human Resource Information Systems including HealthRoster, StaffLink and ROB, Procurement and HPECM. The incumbent is also required to have excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with Roster Creators, Roster Managers, Recruitment team and Senior Managers from within MHS WSLHD.
