Business Support Officer. From managing office facilities and ensuring everything runs smoothly to providing essential administrative assistance, your contributions will help drive our success. If you're passionate about creating a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace, we want you on our team!
Key responsibilities:- Meeting and greeting visitors and clients, answering phone calls
- Managing office costs within approved budgets
- Supporting the coordination of office and corporate functions
- Providing project administration assistance
- Employee Inductions
- Organising travel and accommodation
- Coordinating deliveries and mail
- Coordinating training, email communication, room bookings and catering
- Updating and filing documents
- Assist with organising staff photos, business cards
The ideal candidate will demonstrate behaviour consistent with Egis policies, commit to personal and professional development, and fulfil all role-specific requirements.
Qualifications- Previous experience in a similar role
- Courteous, polite, respectful, and professional manner
- Ability to work proactively with minimal direction
- Excellent personal presentation and demeanor
- Experience in secretarial functions (advantageous)
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
