Our Temporary Division are recruiting for 2 x Administration Officers for our State Government client in Redcliffe.
Details:
- Start 8th July or nearest to this
- 6 months casual contract through Integrity with likely extensions
- Full time office hours Monday - Fridays with some site travel required also (during week days - some overnight stays)
- $39.80 + Super hour paid weekly (casual)
- Role is Administration/ data entry, phones, gathering and updating data to various systems. Customer interaction / working as part of a team.
Note: Requires some Regional travel and overnight stays are required from time to time.
Essential Criteria:
- Recent office Administration experience (2-3 years)
- Intermediate - Advanced MS Office skills / quick to pick up new systems
- Excellent customer service/communication skills / proven experience dealing with people from different backgrounds
- Permanent Resident
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months old)
- Drivers Licence / Able to drive company vehicles (Automatic)
Highly Desirable:
- State Government experience
- Transport background / Blue Collar Logistics type background
