About the opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RTO Compliance Lead to drive, implement and evaluate RTO compliance across the operational, training and assessment activities for programs, while promoting high quality, consistent service delivery to all national services.
Through the provision of support and direction to trainers, students and centre-based staff, the RTO Compliance Lead will work proactively and collaboratively with other internal and external subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop and deliver effective and engaging training materials.
The role is based in the Sydney CBD and there will be ongoing flexibility to work from home and in the office. The salary on offer is competitive and includes tax-free salary packaging options.
