About the role:
The RTO Training Manager at Hessel Group is responsible for day-to-day management of the Enhance Training division. Enhance Training is a division of The Hessel Group and is a registered training organisation dedicated to the delivery of high-quality adult education to the VET sector in Early Childhood Education and Care; and Individualised Support (Disability and Aging).
This role is subsequently responsible for the execution of ongoing operational requirements of an RTO in providing capably trained and qualified skillsets to deliver on the Enhance Training RTO services.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the RTO Division.
- Implement business processes and strategies to achieve Key Performance Indicators and agreed business targets.
- Manage the RTO team to ensure they meet individual targets and KPIs.
- Provide reports to and be a contributing member of the executive team.
- Ensure overall compliance of the RTO with all relevant external bodies - including contract requirements, quality assurance, accreditation and legislative requirements.
- Ensuring currency with accredited training reporting & auditing requirements.
- Review and continually improve the RTO activities, programs and service delivery, ensuring that it remains current and underpins effective operations and high levels of quality and service.
- Contribute to business development initiatives.
- Ensure effective implementation of CRICOS service delivery.
- Supervision of RTO team; Trainers, & Assessors, Administrators, and Learner Support Services.
- Oversee the day-to-day aspects of the RTO Administration functions, including Student Management system and Learner Management System.
- Conduct internal audits, quality assurance audits, and marketing reviews.
- Develop, review, and maintain compliance documentation, including policies and procedures.
- Assist with the management of inbound student enquiries with a sales focus in order to promote training programs and increase overall student and client intake.
- Promote the benefits of the RTO services to key stakeholders and develop organic business opportunities.
The applicants must hold the below essential criteria:
- A degree in management or related field is highly desirable.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment (TAE).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a similar RTO Operational Management role.
- Knowledge of CRICOS, State & Federal Training funding
