RTO Program and Compliance Coordinator

Baseline Training is dedicated to excellence in education and training, and we're on the lookout for an RTO Program and Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. 

The Opportunity:

Are you an industry experienced and qualified RTO Program and Compliance Coordinator seeking a new opportunity? Due to business expansion and growth, Baseline Training have an upcoming Brisbane based opportunity available. 

The RTO Program and Compliance Officer will ensure all Accredited Training and Non-accredited training programs, scheduling, course resources, unit of competency mapping, and trainer and assessor compliance meet the National Training Framework standards required of the RTO. 

This position will provide coordination, leadership and recommendations on systems and procedures to support compliance, legislative and regulatory obligations with Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) Standards for Continuing Registration and other RTO quality assurance practices within Baseline Training’s education and training areas.

Key requirements of the role:

The Program and Compliance Coordinator needs to have a strong RTO, Education and Training and administration background.  The Program and Compliance Coordinator should possess an understanding of the Education and Training industry along with a passion for customer service excellence and quality program delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment | TAE40116 [minimum requirement]
• Certificate IV or Diploma level Quality Auditing 
• Certificate IV or Diploma level Project Management [desirable]

Minimum Experience:

• 5 years RTO Industry Experience [desirable]
• 2 years’ Workplace Learning and Development Experience [desirable]
• Experience in RTO Compliance role
• A proven history of meeting or exceeding KPI’s and business targets
• Experience using SMS and LMS software [e.g., aXcelerate or Jobready system]
