As the Palms Australia RTO Registration and Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the registration process for our RTO, before transitioning into the crucial compliance coordination role.
This is your chance to bring your previous experience managing RTO compliance processes into a newly created and pivotal role, in a small friendly team which is dedicated to building communities internationally and in Australia. If you have a background in managing compliance in a registered training organisation, strong organizational skills, and a passion for making a difference, we want to hear from you!
The Ideal Candidate has:
- Experience in the establishment and/or management of Registered Training Organisations and up to date knowledge of RTO regulations and Compliance;
- Experience utilising a Student Management System and Learning Management System ;
- Strong teamwork skills and also the ability to work independently ;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- A systematic and organised approach, and experience inducting others into a new system ;
- Experience with scheduling courses;
- Strong attention to detail, including experience tracking and following up compliance requirements .
The role is 22.5 hours per week and located at Petersham. Salary $80 824 plus superannuation plus salary packaging (pro rata)
