We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our Service team in the newly built Metso Karratha Service Centre. This position is a residential role in Karratha. What you’ll do: Responsibility for the timely and accurate processing of transactions for movement of goods into and out of the warehouse.
Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Internal Sales and Purchasing Departments to ensure customer and company requirements are met. Managing stock levels and undertaking regular stocktake. Running periodic reports on warehouse KPIs and operations.
Maintaining an accurate filing and document control system. Participating in annual, periodic or cyclic stock counts. Prompt reporting of inventory, paperwork or transactional discrepancies.
Liaising with other departments, suppliers and transport companies where required and as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor. Who you are: Essential Minimum of 2 years administration experience
- preferably in a medium/heavy industrial equipment or warehouse environment.
Strong computer literacy
- preferably with experience in SAP and Lotus Notes Microsoft Word and Excel experience Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with other employees. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good problem solving and analytical skills. SAP experience
